Here is the routine I usually gravitate towards to give a total body workout.

1 minute jumping jacks

30 squats

25 static lunges per leg

30 second plank

20 second plank jacks

20 plank twists

20 push ups

20 sit ups

10 leg raises per leg

30 second plank
