I love green smoothies! As intimidating as they may look they are absolutely delicious and filled with tons of nutrients. You can add whichever fruit or vegetable you want to your smoothie to make it taste great. My green smoothie is made with ingredients that help my body detox and feel energised! Without further ado, here is the recipe:-
LEAN GREEN SMOOTHIE
- 1 banana
- 1 green apple
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 handful spinach
- thumb length piece of cucumber
Chop your apple, cucumber and banana into small pieces and blend with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy! x
