I love green smoothies! As intimidating as they may look they are absolutely delicious and filled with tons of nutrients. You can add whichever fruit or vegetable you want to your smoothie to make it taste great. My green smoothie is made with ingredients that help my body detox and feel energised! Without further ado, here is the recipe:-
1 handful of spinach
2 tablespoons of organic apple sauce
Juice from half a lemon
Half an avocado
1 teaspoon of ginger puree
A few ice cubes
1/4 of a cucumber
Blend all your ingredients in your blender/smoothie-maker and enjoy!
