After posting a picture of these crêpes on my Instagram and after tons of requests for the recipe, I finally decided to share it with you guys! Similar to my famous 3-ingredient pancakes, these 4-ingredient crêpes are delicious and easy to make! They are the perfect brunch dish and tbh I could eat them for dinner as well! So if you would like this recipe, which I’m sure you do, then keep on reading!
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp oats
- 100 ml milk dairy or non-dairy
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil to a pan on a medium heat and add your mix slowly. Make sure to tilt the pan in circular motions so that the mixture spreads to the edge of the pan to make a big crepe.
Flip over when holes start to form.
Continue until the mixture is finished. The mixture should make 3 crêpes.
Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
