After making the best granola ever (recipe here) I decided that I had to include it in a delicious recipe! What better dish to include this in than in a yogurt parfait? Whether as a breakfast or a dessert, the parfait is a fun and tasty way to brighten up your day! Of course you can use any fruit you like so feel free to improvise and get creative! This recipe is also perfect as a make-ahead recipe for those of you who are busy during the week. You can make a couple of these jars on a Sunday and grab-and-go on your early mornings. Without further ado, here is the recipe!
GRANOLA, BERRY YOGURT PARFAIT!
- Best Body Granola (recipe on blog)
- greek yogurt
Layer your yogurt, granola and berries in a jar (in that order) until you reach the top. TBH add in whichever order you feel!
