BEST BODY GRANOLA

Ingredients

  • 300 g rolled/jumbo oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp honey/maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all your ingredients together in a bowl.
  • On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread your mixture onto the tray evenly.
  • Place tray in the oven at 180*C for 20 minutes, or until brown, mixing every 5 minutes.
  • Take out and enjoy fresh with your favourite yogurt or with milk as a cereal!
