TURKEY AND BLACK-EYED PEA TACOS

Ingredients

The Filling

  • 3 tbsp black-eyed peas
  • shredded turkey/chicken (Quantity to your preference)
  • lettuce (Quantity to your preference)
  • red onion (Quantity to your preference)
  • 2 taco wraps

The Yogurt Sauce

  • 3 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • A pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop up your onion and tear up your lettuce.
  • Add all your 'filling' ingredients to your tacos.
  • Mix all your yogurt sauce ingredients together.
  • Add to your taco and enjoy!
