2-INGREDIENT ICE CREAM (PB, Ve, GF)

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 50 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Take out and blend in either a food processor or high-speed bender until combined, adding milk slowly. This forms an ice cream-like texture. 
  • You can enjoy the ice cream like this or if you want, you can put it in a container lined with grease-proof paper and freeze for a further 2 hours to make it firmer. 
  • Take out and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
