Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Take out and blend in either a food processor or high-speed bender until combined, adding milk slowly. This forms an ice cream-like texture.
You can enjoy the ice cream like this or if you want, you can put it in a container lined with grease-proof paper and freeze for a further 2 hours to make it firmer.
Take out and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
