PEANUT BUTTER, OATMEAL AND RICE KRISPIES BAR

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150g rolled oats
  • 50g puffed rice (Rice Krispies)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup/honey

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients into a big bowl and mix until combined.
  • On a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper, pour your mixture on top and lay out flat.
  • Place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes. When cool, cut in slices and enjoy!
