coconut oil

nut butter

cup of milk

tbsp
chia seeds
150g
rolled oats
50g
puffed rice (Rice Krispies)

tbsp
maple syrup/honey
Instructions
Add all your ingredients into a big bowl and mix until combined.
On a baking tray lined with grease-proof paper, pour your mixture on top and lay out flat.
Place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
When cool, cut in slices and enjoy!
