STRAWBERRY AND BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

Oat Base

  • 40 g oats
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt (low fat)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Smoothie topping

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 splash of water (for blending)
  • More strawberries and banana to top (optional)

Instructions

  • The night before, mix all your base ingredients together, put in a container and leave in the fridge until morning.
  • In the morning, take your oats out of the fridge and leave out for 10 minutes so that they are not too cold when you are ready to eat (personal preference).
  • Blend your smoothie ingredients and add to the top of your oat base.
  • Add your toppings and enjoy!
