This recipe is for all my followers out there with a sweet tooth. If there is one recipe that I could eat everyday it’s definitely this one and it comes with no guilt! I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like ice cream and although it’s one of the world’s favourite guilty pleasures, it doesn’t do any good for our waist lines.

This recipe has been featured on many a Pinterest page and I felt like my followers needed to know about it. I make it almost everyday as a dessert and it’s so crazy how ice cream-like it is! If I didn’t know what it was made of I wouldn’t think twice about it being real ice cream! Guys, I am so excited to share this recipe with you and without further ado, here is how to make my Delicious 2-Ingredient Ice Cream!




Servings 1


  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 50 ml almond milk


  1. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  2. Take out and blend in either a food processor or high-speed bender until combined, adding milk slowly. This forms an ice cream-like texture. 

  3. You can enjoy the ice cream like this or if you want, you can put it in a container lined with grease-proof paper and freeze for a further 2 hours to make it firmer. 

  4. Take out and enjoy with your favourite toppings! 


I topped my ice cream with Snacks of Africa toasted coconut chips and some bananas and enjoyed every bite!
